1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wamify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wamify provides an API and web interface for automating WhatsApp messages. The service includes bulk messaging, API access, auto-responders, scheduling, and anti-ban mechanisms. However, the use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's terms and conditions.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized advertisements.
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Engaging in phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
  • Violating the privacy or rights of third parties.
  • Using the service for illegal activities under local or international law.

Please note: Whether using official or unofficial APIs, Meta (WhatsApp) strictly monitors and will ban accounts that engage in excessive messaging, spam, or abusive behavior.

4. Unofficial Status & Risk Acknowledgment

Wamify operates as an unofficial third-party API and gateway provider. We are strictly not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. You acknowledge that:

  • While our system includes smart anti-ban features, WhatsApp reserves the right to sweep, ban, or restrict accounts at their sole discretion.
  • We are not responsible for any account bans, number suspensions, blockages, or loss of data resulting from your use of this unofficial Service.
  • You are taking full liability and responsibility for the WhatsApp accounts you connect to our system.

5. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis as outlined in your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, especially regarding spam and abusive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wamify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an announcement on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
