Question 1

What is Zendfy?

Accepted Answer

Zendfy is a professional platform that allows you to connect your WhatsApp account to an API or web dashboard. It enables you to automate messaging, send bulk broadcasts, set up auto-responders, and integrate WhatsApp into your own applications seamlessly.

Question 2

How do I connect my WhatsApp account?

Accepted Answer

Connecting your account is simple. After logging into the dashboard, you will be presented with a QR code. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked Devices, and scan the QR code to establish the connection. No technical skills or API keys from Meta are required.

Question 3

Is it safe to use? Will my account get banned?

Accepted Answer

Our platform includes a 'Smart Anti-Ban' system that uses randomized delays and human-like typing indicators to reduce the risk of detection. However, since this is an unofficial gateway, there is always a risk. We strongly advise following our best practices: avoid sending spam, don't send too many messages to unknown contacts, and start with a low volume to warm up your account.

Question 4

What types of messages can I send?

Accepted Answer

Zendfy supports 15 message types: Text, Images, Video, Documents, Interactive Buttons, List Menus, Carousels, Audio (voice notes), Stickers, Video Notes (PTV), Location, Contacts, Polls, Events, and Multi-media Albums. All types can be sent via the dashboard or API.

Question 5

Do you provide an API for developers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide a complete API for sending messages, managing contacts, and checking message status from your own applications. You can also set up Webhooks so your server receives automatic notifications whenever message status or session connection updates occur.

Question 6

Can I schedule messages or set up recurring broadcasts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our platform has built-in features for one-time Scheduling and Recurring messages (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). This is perfect for reminders, subscriptions, or periodic marketing updates.

Question 7

Does the system work when my phone is offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once the session is established and connected via our server, our gateway can continue to process and send messages even if your phone is temporarily offline or has no internet connection.

Question 8

How many messages can I send per day?

Accepted Answer

Technically, we do not limit the number of messages you can send. However, your WhatsApp account itself has limits imposed by Meta. To keep your account safe, we recommend not exceeding 500-1000 messages per day for new accounts, and gradually increasing as your account gains 'reputation' with WhatsApp.

Question 9

What is the Flow Builder and how do I use it?

Accepted Answer

The Flow Builder is a drag-and-drop feature that lets you create automated conversation flows without any coding. You can connect various steps like sending messages, displaying choice menus, fetching data from external systems, and branching based on customer responses. Over 20 step types are available, including a human operator handoff mode when needed.

Question 10

Which AI providers are supported for the chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Zendfy supports various popular AI providers for the AI Chatbot feature, including OpenAI (GPT), Google Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), Groq, Together AI, and other compatible providers. You can choose the AI model that fits your needs and budget, and customize the chatbot personality with a custom system prompt.

Question 11

How is my data secured on Zendfy?

Accepted Answer

Security is our top priority. All sensitive data such as messages, auto-reply keywords, and configurations are encrypted before storage. Your account is protected with phone number verification, and every access is guarded by multi-layered security to prevent unauthorized access.
